The Enfasi 90 Mistral with built-in cooktop extractor

The Steel Enfasi Mistral is the world's first stove with an oven, induction hob and cooktop extractor in one. The revolutionary carbon brushless high-performance cooktop extractor has an extraction capacity of 700 m3 per hour and a maximum noise level of only 63 dB. This makes the extraction very effective and silent and can easily be adjusted to your wishes thanks to the four possible settings.

The extraction is sent in the induction plate and consists of a enamelled steel grille. The carbon filters of this cooktop extractor are suitable for plasma technology and air extraction directly to the outside and are easy to remove for cleaning.

Now with a free Luxury downdraft pan set with the Steel Mistral.

The downdraft pan set is made for stoves or induction hobs with cooktop extractor. The indentation in the pan and the holes in the lid will direct the steam towards the extractor. This means you get optimal benefit from your Mistral stove.

How can the Steel Mistral extract outside?

In the drawer of the Mistral there is an option to unscrew the protective cap.

Then there is a possibility to connect the optional plasma filter.

The supplied corner piece also fits on this. There is a flange in the bottom that can be removed. The other part of the corner piece fits into this, so that the extracted air comes out from under the stove and can be taken outside or to another room using ventilation pipes. A tube can also be connected to the other part of the Plasma filter.

How do you clean the filters of the Steel Mistral stove with cooktop extractor?

The stove with cooktop extractor consists of 2 filter sets. A grease filter set and a carbon filter set. These filters are both easy to clean or regenerate so that they remain in good condition.

You can put the grease filters in the oven at 70ºC for about 45 minutes. This way the grease melts and the filter is clean again. Dry the filter and it is ready for use again.

You can simply put the carbon filters in the dishwasher and then regenerate the carbon filters in the oven by drying them in an oven at 80ºC for approximately 45 minutes.

The advice is to do this every month.

How long does a carbon filter for the Steel Mistral last?

The lifespan of a carbon filter is of course highly dependent on use. It is recommended to change the filters at least every 2 years. You can order these carbon filters from us.
