Jones & Jansen warranty
We are an official Steel Cucine dealer and our products come directly from our supplier. You naturally benefit from the manufacturer's warranties.
Stoves
When you purchase a Steel stove you receive a 5-year full Steel warranty. This warranty covers call-out costs, labor costs and required parts. In the third to fifth years, only the call-out rate valid at that time will be charged. Register your stove directly with Steel.

What is not covered by the warranty?
Malfunctions resulting from user errors are not covered by the warranty. Incorrect connection of the stove and the resulting damage are not covered by the warranty; this must be done by a recognized installer.
